Setting up in-cart upsell in your Moteefe store can help to increase sales by offering an additional product from the same campaign at a discounted rate, thereby increasing the average order value.
Follow these steps to set up in-cart upsell for your campaigns:
Step 1: Navigate to Campaign Management
From the left-hand navigation menu, click on the 'Campaigns' tab. This will take you to the campaign management screen where you can view all your campaigns.
Step 2: Access Sales Strategies
Next to each campaign, under the 'Actions' column, click on the 'Sales Strategies' icon (often symbolized by a dollar sign or similar). This will take you to the cart upsell page for the selected campaign.
Step 3: Enable in-cart upsell
On the sales strategies page, locate the option labeled 'Cart Upsell'. Enable in-cart upsell by clicking on the radio button next to it.
Step 4: Select the upsell product
After enabling in-cart upsell, click on the dropdown menu that says 'Select a Product' by default. Select the product that you wish to offer as an upsell from the dropdown list.
Step 5: Save settings
Once you have selected the product to be offered as an upsell, click on the 'Save Settings' button to finalize your selection.
Step 6: Publish changes
Finally, navigate back to 'Campaigns' in the left-hand navigation menu and click 'Publish Changes'. This will update your Moteefe store and make the in-cart upsell live.
